sadly, Joel learned something new, a new hobby, practical shooting... so he stopped playing, well at least for now, not sure when they will be going back.

JR, on the other hand, is just picking days on when he would play, unlike before when there is a race we are definitely there. i think he's going hill climb next time.

Anyways, You guys are missed!

Tammy ver. 2.0

After racing in stock engine, I got an upgrade itch, originally, i was looking for 4g92 MIVEC, but its hard to lay my hands on them, I really love the high revving engine.

I got exhausted on waiting and looking for that engine, there was a 4g63 RVR offered to me by a friend named Vic (Rev_Hard), I got good freebies with him,

Power steering pump

It was installed by Morris Miranda (Mohspeed) in Novaliches.

Autocross by Shago Racing

Tammy also tried doing Autocross, its a lot easier compared to Slalom, but its still is competitive, it gives a new flavor to the time trial attack, because its twin track, so you can see the speed you are opposed with. gives you the excitement to beat them.

The downside though was, Shago racing doesnt have any free lubricants, the entry fee is high, no free polo shirts, caps and no trophies. well, thats just me, barking!

I was not able to hit 54.00 secs. But i got really close to it, it was 54.56

Tammy's first taste of SIR (Subic International Raceway) November of 2007. I still remember what i felt when i first saw the track... S-C-A-R-Y!!! Its like macau. you make wrong decisions and you will surely pay for it...

2007 National Slalom Racing Compilation

I started out as a newbie, my first race was at Festival Mall Alabang. It was the first time i met, Joel De Guzman (BLU111) and Ferdinand Costales JR. (IPISJR) both from MMPH (MyMitsuPh) www.mymitsuph.com. They taught me how to do 180 and 360.

Unfortunately I did'nt win the Over all newbies due to a rule of "minimum of 9 legs ran". I just ran 8 legs. :( My cummulative points was a sure winner. the 2nd placer was way off in terms of point, the only thing is that i need 1 leg more. aw.... heartbreaker.

First Blood!!!

March of 2007,

It was the first time for Tammy to have a taste of track (Circuit) www.batangasracingcircuit.com. It was a TRS (Tuason Racing School) Training for beginner circuit drivers. There are two options:

1. You pay TRS a sum of Php 8,500 for a whole day inclusive of meal, track fee and track car. yes, a ford lync during that time...

2. You pay TRS a sum of 1,000 for a whole day for a meal,track fee and then your own car.

I was with 2 other car buddies, Cha (4g92a Turbo, Green Lancer GSR) and Kayle (4g92a Orange lancer GSR)



First time i encountered understeer then oversteer with tammy... It was scary... hehehe... i hit my bumper on the left side with the Tire barriers...

New Beginning

I bought a 1993 Mitsubishi Lancer GLXi. It took me 3 months to find this car. I wasnt really strict about picking a second hand car. :P These are just a few of the criteria i used:

1. No Major crashes - you need to have an experienced eye to know this. If you are not.. they'd just toy you around
2. Paint is clean - meaning OEM paint or dealer has the one who painted it at the least
3. All lights working - it means wiring has not been tapped. check wiring which is hidden also
4. No leaks - power steering, engine, A/C, tranny.
5. Car should be bone stock - i want to start from zero

I bought it last 2006
This is the new beginning of Tammy which was once a coding car...
